None whatsoever.We pay all fees involved in the sale and purchase of your property when you use our own solictors.


How long does it take?

We can normally exchange within 24 to 48 hours if your sale is urgent.

I am in arrears with my current mortgage? Will you still buy the property?

Yes, as long as there is enough equity  to cover your arrears and the amount outstanding on the mortgage.

When the sale price is agreed how long do I have to accept it?

Our offer is valid for 28 days and is subject to survey and contract. If the period expires we can reconsider and make a new offer within the same time limits.

Yes, we will buy any property in any condition.
